摘  要:卧式斜板重力除油器常受到布水构件设计、分离区斜板结构、进水含油量等影响,导致实际除油率常低于设计值。为了明确提升除油器油水分离性能的影响因素,建立了卧式斜板重力除油器CFD(计算流体力学)模型,模拟分析了除油器内部结构、进水水质和工艺运行参数对除油器油水分离性能的影响。结果表明:在除油器内部添加了上孔箱和布液板构件后,除油器内流场分布更加稳定,有效提高了除油率,添加斜板构件也可显著提高设备的除油率,当其倾斜角度为45°时,除油率可达峰值87.6%。除油率随进水含油体积分数的升高而降低,随油滴粒径的增大而显著提高;当废水含油体积分数从0.05%增至10%,除油率从91.5%降至74.5%;当油滴粒径从10μm增至60μm时,除油率从3.2%增至96.2%。适当延长废水停留时间有利于油水分离,但对小粒径油滴效果有限;分流比提升对除油率增加贡献率较大,但高分流比区间的除油率趋于平缓。本研究可为海上油田含油废水的处理提供参考。Affected by the structure of water distribution components,the inclined plate structure of separation area and the oil content of influent water,the actual oil removal efficiency of horizontal inclined plate gravity oil remover is often lower than the designed value.In order to identify the influencing factors and improve the oil-water separation performance of the oil remover,this study established a CFD(computational fluid dynamics)model of horizontal inclined plate gravity oil remover to simulate the effects of different internal components,influent water quality and operation parameters on the oil-water separation performance of the oil remover.The results showed that after adding the upper hole unit and water distributor,the inner flow field was more stable and the oil removal efficiency was effectively improved.The oil removal efficiency of the equipment could also be significantly improved by adding inclined plate components.The peak removal efficiency of 87.6%was obtained at the angle of the inclined plate of 45°.The oil removal efficiency decreased with the increase of the oil volume fraction of the influent water,and increased significantly with the increase of the oil droplet size.When the oil volume fraction of the wastewater increased from 0.05%to 10%,the removal efficiency significantly decreased from 91.5%to 74.5%.When the oil droplet size increased from 10μm to 60μm,the oil removal efficiency increased from 3.2%to 96.2%.Proper extension of wastewater retention time was conducive to oil-water separation,but the effect on small oil droplets was limited.The increase of split ratio contributed greatly to the increase of oil removal efficiency,but the removal efficiency tended to be flat in the high split ratio range.This study can provide reference for the treatment of oily wastewater in offshore oilfields.
