摘 要:在车辆维护相关作业中,便捷智能的汽保设备担负着重要作用。普通的举升汽保设备,需要人为接触控制,安全性可靠性较差。通过研究,提出以LD3322语音识别模块为载体,与电动液压举升装置相结合,设计一种非接触式举升装置,利用语音交互识别,实现对设备的智能精准控制。该装置可以提高举升作业的安全性,对推动汽保设备智能化研究具有积极的意义。In vehicle maintenance related operations, convenient and intelligent auto maintenance equipment plays an important role. Ordinary lifting and steam protection equipment needs manual contact control, and its safety and reliability are poor. Through research, it is proposed to design a non-contact lifting device with LD3322 voice recognition module as the carrier and combined with the electric hydraulic lifting device. The intelligent and accurate control of the device is realized by using voice interactive recognition. The device can improve the safety of lifting operation, and has a positive significance in promoting the intelligent research of steam protection equipment.
