摘 要:现行建筑能耗监测方法没有能耗数据实时监测模块,存在系统点击次数低、系统响应时间长、系统CPU利用率低和系统安全性差等问题。为此提出基于BIM技术的建筑室内能耗可视化监测系统设计方法,采用Java框架作为系统软件总体框架,建立BIM平台,完成系统硬件设计。实验证明:该方法可以有效解决传统方法存在的问题,提升能耗监测系统的实用性、有效性、实时性,是一种可广泛应用的先进方法。The current building energy consumption monitoring method does not have a real-time monitoring module for energy consumption data, which has problems such as low system clicks, long system response time, low system CPU utilization and poor system security. Therefore, the design method of building indoor energy consumption visual monitoring system based on BIM technology is proposed. Java framework is used as the overall framework of the system software, and the BIM platform is established to complete the system hardware design. The experiment proves that this method can effectively solve the problems of traditional methods and improve the practicability, effectiveness and real-time of energy consumption monitoring system. It is an advanced method that can be widely used.
