摘  要:为了筛选出福建柏优良家系,2020年在福建省沙县官庄国有林场开展福建柏第1代种子园自由授粉的家系子代测定、评价与选择试验(34个参试家系,以母树林混合种为对照),并按10%入选率筛选出速生优良家系。结果表明:11年生福建柏种子园良种子代的平均树高、胸径和单株材积分别为7.85 m、9.39 cm和0.0320 m~3,分别比母树林良种高5.19%、4.34%和15.60%;树高、胸径和单株材积的狭义遗传力随林龄波动,4a林龄以后维持在0.1073~0.1905间,11a林龄时分别为0.1767、0.1460和0.1542;筛选出的3个速生优良家系,11年生时平均单株材积0.04063 m3,遗传增益4.16%,较母树林良种提高46.69%。In order to select superior families of Fokienia hodginsii, open-pollinated progeny determination, evaluation and selection test of 34families(seed stand as control check) from 1stgeneration seed orchard of F. hodginsii were studied on Guanzhuang National Forest Farm of Shaxian in 2020, and 10% families considered as superior families were selected. The results showed that the average tree height, DBH and individual volume of 1stgeneration improved seed was 7.85m, 9.39cm and 0.0320m~3 respectively in 11thyear,getting 5.19%, 4.34% and 15.60% larger than those of improved seed from seed stand. Furthermore, the narrow-sense heritability of tree height, DBH and volume fluctuated with the stand age and maintained at 0.1073 ~ 0.1905 after 4 years old, then reached at 0.1767, 0.1460 and 0.1542 respectively at 11 years old. The average individual volume of the 3 selected superior families was 0.04063 m~3 in 11a stage, obtaining 4.16 % genectic gain and 46.69% increase compared with seed stand.
