摘 要:文章对钙热还原法制取金属钆的技术进行了研究,结合现代先进检测方法系统地研究了在钙热还原法制备金属钆的实验过程中所用的还原剂Ca、反应温度和反应时间等因素对整个还原反应的影响。通过对还原时间、还原剂比例等因素的控制研究,发现:在反应温度为1400℃,GdF3与金属Ca的质量比为1比0.34,反应时间为30 min的条件下进行还原反应,最终可得到呈锭状的金属钆粗品,再将金属钆粗品精炼除钙后得到金属钆精品,收率达到98%,分析其平均RE总量≥99.5%,钆占RE纯度≥99.9%。In this paper,the technology of preparing metal gadolinium by calcium thermal reduction is studied.Combined with modern advanced detection methods,the effects of reducing agent Ca,reaction temperature and reaction time on the whole reduction reaction in the experimental process of preparing metal gadolinium by calcium thermal reduction are systematically studied.Through the research on the control of reduction time,reducing agent ratio and other factors,the results show that the reduction reaction can be carried out under the conditions of controlling the reaction temperature at 1400℃,the mass ratio of GdF3 to metal Ca is 1:0.34,and the reaction time is 30 min.Finally,the ingot like crude metal gadolinium can be obtained.After refining and removing calcium,the fine metal gadolinium can be obtained,and the yield is 98%,The average total Re is≥99.5%,and the purity of Gadolinium is≥99.9%.
