摘  要:文章分析了某氧化铝厂在1850t/d气态悬浮焙烧炉运行中存在烟气以及流化床冷却设备存在热能浪费的问题,对现有系统提出改造方案并组织实施。所回收热量用于热电厂除氧器用除盐水以及拜耳法生产过程中铝酸钠溶液提温,可将50.7m^(3)/h除盐水从20℃提至70℃,102.32m^(3)/h铝酸钠溶液从80℃提至95℃;从而降低电煤、低压蒸汽消耗,烟气余热得到最大回收,达到节能降耗目的。The problems of flue gas and heat waste of fluidized bed cooling equipment in 1850t/d gas suspension calciner of an alumina plant are analyzed in the paper,the reform plan and the implementation organization of the existing system are put forword,the-hour heat recovery is used to raise the temperature of demineralized water and sodium aluminate solution in the production process of Bayer process,the demineralized water of 50.7 m^(3)/h can be raised from 20℃to 70℃and 102.32 m^(3)/h sodium aluminate solution was raised from 80℃to 95℃.Consumption of power coal and low-pressure steam are reduced.The waste heat of flue gas can be maximum recovered,the goal of energy conservation and consumption reductionsave can be achieved.
