基于手术室路径的全方位舒适干预对髋关节置换术患者身心影响  

Effects of Operating Room Nursing Combined with All-Round Care on Physical and Mental Health of Patients Receiving Hip Arthroplasty

摘　　要：目的分析手术室路径下的全方位舒适干预髋关节置换术,对心率、疼痛、焦虑等的影响。方法随机数字表法将天津市天津医院门急诊手术室2019年6月-2020年12月68例髋关节置换术患者分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组行手术室路径下全方位舒适护理,全方位舒适护理以综合保温护理为主。记录手术相关指标(手术室停留时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、心率波动差值)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)和焦虑自评表(SAS)评分、并发症发生率、护理满意率。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者手术室停留时间更短(P<0.05),术中出血、术后引流量更少(P<0.05),麻醉前10min、清醒后心率波动差值更小(P<0.05);护理后观察组VAS、SAS分值较对照组低(P<.05);并发症发生率(5.88%)更低(P<0.05),护理满意率(94.74%)更高(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理路径结果全方位舒适护理能促进手术护理进程,缓解心率波动、疼痛、焦虑,减少并发症,提高护理满意度。该方法具有极大的推广应用价值。Objective to analyze effects of operating room nursing combined with all-round care on heart rate,pain and anxiety of hip arthroplasty patients.Methods 68 patients receiving hip arthroplasty from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(operating room nursing+all-round care),operation related indexes,VAS and SAS scores,complications and nursing satisfaction rate were recorded.Results Compared with control group,observation group had shorter stay time in operating room,less intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage,less heart rate fluctuation 10 minutes before anesthesia and after waking up;After nursing,observation group had lower VAS and SAS scores and incidence of complications(5.88%)and higher nursing satisfaction rate(94.74%).Conclusion operating room nursing combined with all-round care can promote surgical nursing,alleviate heart rate fluctuation,pain and anxiety,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
