摘　　要：互联网平台经济催生了规模庞大的平台劳动者群体。与其他劳动者相比,平台劳动者在工作内容、工作方式、劳资关系和劳动保护等方面具有自身的特点。从研究对象和研究取向两个维度出发,可以将平台劳动者研究划分为四种基本类型:劳动控制研究、劳动自由研究、劳动关系研究和劳动主体性研究。文章在回顾和评述四种基本研究类型的基础上,结合劳动社会学、网络社会学的理论视角和当前中国平台经济发展的现实经验,提出平台劳动者研究的新方向,以期推动相关研究。The Internet platform economy generates a large number of platform workers. Compared with other workers, platform workers have their own characteristics regarding work content, labour form, labour-capital relation and labour protection, which are reflected in the abundant literature from different disciplines. From two dimensions of research objects and research approaches,we divide the study on platform workers into four basic types: labour control, labour freedom, labour relation and labour agency. Based on the review and comment on these four types of study, this article combines the theoretical perspectives on labour sociology and network sociology and the realities of the Chinese platform economy to put forward a new research agenda to improve the existing study.
