雷公山保护区甜槠群落乔木层物种多样性及其相关性研究

摘　　要：采取样地调查法,研究了甜槠群落乔木层在雷公山保护区海拔680~1200 m区间的物种多样性、群落相关性及其沿海拔梯度变化。结果表明:α多样性指数沿海拔梯度的变化除种间机遇指数与群落均匀度指数平缓外,其他指数的变化不规律。Shannon-Wiener物种多样性与其他指数存在P<0.01显著正相关,对其的贡献率从高到低为生态优势度指数>种间机遇指数>丰富度指数>群落均匀度指数。β多样性沿海拔梯度的变化大体呈波状,除Whittaker指数外,其他指数沿海拔梯度在海拔760 m和海拔1100 m出现极值。不同海拔甜槠群落乔木层的相似系数除一个处于中等不相似水平外,其他样地之间处于极不相似水平,物种多样性明显。The species diversity,community correlation and changes along the altitude gradient of Castanopsis eyrei community in the tree layer of Leigongshan National Nature Reserve at an altitude of 680~1200 m were studied by using the method of sample plot investigation.The results show that:Theαdiversity index changes irregularly along the altitude gradient except for Hurlbert s index and Pielou s index were gentle.Shannon Wiener index had a significant positive correlation with other indexes at the level of P<0.01,and the contribution rate to species diversity from high to low was Simpson s index>Hurlbert s index>the richness index>Pielou s index.Theβvariation of diversity along the altitude gradient was generally fluctuated.Except for Whittaker index,the other indexes had extreme values at 760 m and 1100 m along the altitude gradient.The similarity coefficient of the tree layer of Castanopsis eyrei community at different altitudes was at a very dissimilar level,except that one is at a medium dissimilar level,and the species diversity was obviously.
