摘　　要：温阳通络开郁法是高健生在以往对益气升阳举陷治法、“摶”和“玄府”学说的认识基础上,提出的新的眼病治法,尤其在治疗慢性眼病和疑难眼病方面有较好的临床疗效。目为玄府,病邪“摶”于“玄府”,玄府郁闭是目病产生的基础。温阳通络开郁治法包括温补中阳、畅通血脉及开玄府之郁闭3个部分,最终达到阴阳平衡、玄府通利之效。遣方用药时,常用附子、肉桂等温补中阳,桂枝、桑枝、升麻、葛根等温阳通络;当归、川芎等活血化瘀通络,地龙、水蛭等治疗顽固久病;防风、麻黄、羌活等开“玄府”之郁闭;黄连、薄荷、连翘等清散玄府郁热。临证时,只要患者出现寒热错杂或上热下寒病症均可运用此法。本文介绍了温阳通络开郁法产生的思想脉络及其辨证用药特点,为广大中医同道治疗眼病提供借鉴。The method of warming Yang,dredging collaterals and opening depression is summarized by GAO Jiansheng.It is a novel method of eye disease treatment based on the previous understanding of the methods of invigorating Qi,raising Yang,lifting depression and"Tuan"and Xuan-fu theories,which has achieved good clinical efficacy especially in treating chronic eye diseases and difficult eye diseases.Eye is considered as Xuan-fu,and the pathogenic factors accumulated in the Xuan-fu,whose depression and occlusion can eventually lead to the occurrence of eye disease.The therapeutic method of warming Yang,dredging collaterals and opening depression includes three parts:warming and tonifying Yang,unblocking blood vessels,and opening the depression and occlusion of Xuan-fu,which ultimately achieves the effect of balancing Yin and Yang,and the clearing of Xuan-fu.When applying prescriptions for medication,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata,and Cinnamomi Cortex are commonly used to tonify spleen Yang.Cmnamomi,Mmulus,Cimicifugae Rhizoma,Radix Puerariae and other drugs are used to warm Yang and dredge collaterals.Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma are used to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and dredge collaterals.Pheretima and Hirudo nipponica Whitman are used to treat stubborn chronic diseases.Radix Saposhnikoviae,Herba Ephedrae,Notopterygium and other drugs are used to open the depression and oclusion of Xuan-fu.Rhizoma coptidis,Mentha haplocalyx,Forsythia suspensa and other drugs are used to clear away the heat of Xuan-fu.This method can be used in clinical practice as long as the patient has mixed cold and heat or upper heat and lower cold.This paper introduces the idea and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication of the method of warming Yang,dredging collaterals and opening depression,which can provide reference for the majority of Traditional Chinese Medicine ophthalmologists to treat eye diseases.
