摘　　要：手术是许多眼病的重要治疗手段。中医眼科手术历史悠久,从理论认识、治疗范围、器械种类、适应证选择、手术方法、术前用药、术后调护等方面都积累了丰富经验,不少认识和方法还早于西方医学。本文通过文献考证,分类归纳,从多层面展示了手术在中医治疗学中的地位和其对眼科学的学术贡献。希望增强文化自信,深入总结研究,提高手术疗效,并充分发挥中医在眼科围手术期治疗中的作用。Surgery is an important treatment for many eye diseases.The ophthalmic surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has a long history,which has accumulated abundant experience in theoretical understanding,treatment range,instrument type,indication selection,operation methods,preoperative medication,postoperative nursing care and so on.Moreover,many understanding and methods about surgery in TCM were even earlier than those in Western Medicine.This paper demonstrates the status of surgery in TCM therapeutics and its academic contribution to ophthalmology from various aspects through literature research,classification and induction.We hope that our cultural confidence could be enhanced,in-depth summary and research could be made,and the therapeutic effect of surgery could be improved,thus giving full play to the role of TCM in the ophthalmic perioperative treatment.
