摘  要:目的:确定仰卧、俯卧和侧卧状态下,单侧和双侧支撑时腰腹部主要肌肉的活动水平。方法:选取30名健康受试者,在仰卧、俯卧和侧卧时6个动作对左右侧RA、EO、IO、ES的IEMG%MVC进行单因素方差分析以及配对样本T检验。结果:1.仰卧类动作对背部肌肉ES的激活水平较高,LES的IEMG%MVC可达32.4%,单侧支撑时双侧肌肉具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);2.俯卧类动作对腹部肌肉的募集水平更高;3.侧卧类动作对支撑侧肌肉的募集水平更高。结论:仰卧、俯卧、侧卧类动作对靠近地面侧肌肉的募集水平最高;单侧支撑时,腰腹部各肌肉激活水平均提高,腹内斜肌的激活水平更高。Objective:To determine the activity level of the main muscles of the waist and abdomen in the supine,prone and lateral lying states.Methods:30 healthy subjects were selected for one-way ANOVA and paired sample T test of I E M G%of E V C of RA,EO,IO and ES.Results:1.High activation level of ES of back muscles,IEMG%MVC of LES reached 32.4%,and very significant difference between bilateral muscles during unilateral support(P<0.01);2.Higher recruitment of abdominal muscles;3.Higher recruitment of supporting side muscles.Conclusion:The supine,prone and lateral movements raise the highest level near the ground muscles;during unilateral support,the activation level of all muscles in the waist and abdomen is increased,and the activation level of the abdominal oblique muscles is higher.
