摘　　要：借鉴职业社会学和医学专业主义相关研究,结合技术转移发展实际,理清技术转移机构专业化意涵,构建“专业知识-社会需求-职业身份”的技术转移机构专业化分析框架,利用多案例分析方法揭示其专业化发展机理。研究结果表明,不同类型机构的专业化发展路径有所差异,但整体发展逻辑是专业知识、社会需求、职业身份三要素动态互构,政府、市场和组织三重制度逻辑交互共存。由此提出构建自主性、学院式、经验式、反思式的专业知识学习模式,推进政府层面、行业层面、组织层面的职业身份构建,依托数字技术提升组织声誉、发展多重节点网络市场策略应对社会需求的建议。Based on the theory of occupational sociology and medical professionalism, combined with the actual development of TTO, this paper clarifies the meaning of the specialization of TTO, constructs "professional knowledge-social demand-professional identity" analysis framework of specialization of TTO, and uses multi-case analysis method to reveal its specialized development mechanism. The results show that the paths of Specialization are different for different types of organization, but the overall development logic is as follows: professional knowledge,social demand, professional identity interact dynamically with each other;government system, market system and organization system interact and coexist with each other. Therefore, it is proposed to construct independent, collegiate,empirical and reflective professional knowledge learning mode;promote the construction of professional identity at the government level, industry level and organizational level;enhance organizational reputation and build multi-node network relying on digitalization to meet the market demand.
