摘　　要：风寒侵袭头面部,引起经脉凝滞、阻遏日久而经脉痹阻,逐渐可发为三叉神经痛。张佩江在临床上遵循治病求本的治疗原则,在古代医家辨治该病的基础上,结合“久病入络”“久痛入络”理论,针对风寒阻络型三叉神经痛,以祛风散寒为要,以通阻滞、畅经络为治法,形成“祛风散寒通络”的治疗法则,使头面部经脉气血通畅,最终消除“不通则痛”,达到通络止痛的效果。Chill Wind invading head and face causes meridian coagulation,and meridian obstruction inhibition would be induced for a long time,which can gradually develop into trigeminal neuralgia.Zhang Peijiang follows the treatment principle of treating the disease by seeking the root cause,on the basis of the ancient doctors′identification and treatment of the disease,by combining with the theory of"long-term illness injuring the collateral"and"long-term pain injuring the collateral".In treatment of the Wind and Cold obstruction typed trigeminal neuralgia,he takes dispelling Wind and dispersing Cold as the key policy,and takes smoothing the blocked meridians as the treatment method.Therefore,the treatment rule of"dispelling Wind and dispersing Cold method"is formed.When the blood flow in head and face meridians becomes smooth,the"pain due to obstruction"is eliminated and the effect of dredging collateral and relieving pain can be achieved.
