摘　　要：儿童腺样体肥大的主要发病机制在于反复外感,肺卫不固,脾运失司,气血津液运行失常,“痰、瘀”搏结于咽喉。此病属本虚标实之证,以肺脾不足为本,痰瘀互结为标。宋桂华博采众方,通过化裁古方,拟玄芦消腺汤,分急性期和慢性期辨证论治。急性期患儿感受风热外邪,热痰瘀阻,气血郁结,重用清热解毒散结药味以肃清热痰瘀,祛其标;慢性期余邪留恋,肺脾亏虚,减急性期攻伐之品,加清补药味以补肺健脾,治其本。The main pathogenesis of adenoid hypertrophy in children lies in repeated exogenous infection,dysfunction of Long Qi and Wei Qi as well as the dysfunction of Spleen and abnormal movement of Qi,blood and body fluids,with accumulation of"Phlegm and blood stasis"stagnating in the throat.This disease is the case of excessiveness in syndrome and deficiency in root level of the body.Professor Song Guihua learned from many kinds of prescriptions and created"Xuanlu Xiaoxian Decoction"by modifying the ancient prescriptions,and he applied the prescriptions by dividing the cases into acute stage and chronic stage.In the acute stage,children patient experience Wind-Heat exogenous pathogens,Heat-Phlegm stasis,Qi and blood stagnation,prescription that can clearing Heat,detoxifying and dissipating stagnation can be used to eliminate Heat,Phlegm and blood stasis to dispel the symptoms.In the chronic stage,with the deficiency syndrome such as Lung and Spleen deficiency,the drugs that is used in the acute stage with much aggressiveness should be reduced and drugs that can replenish the Lung and Spleen with clearing Heat character can be used to cure the disease,by tonifying Lung and Spleen.
