摘　　要：制备了Mg-7Al-2Zn、Mg-7Al-2Zn-0.05La、Mg-7Al-2Zn-0.10La 3种镁合金阳极材料,研究了稀土镧元素对合金在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀和电化学性能的影响。采用析氢和自腐蚀测试、扫描电子显微镜、电化学工作站、蓝电测试系统,研究了镁阳极的腐蚀行为和电化学性能。结果表明:镧元素的添加显著抑制了Mg-7Al-2Zn合金的析氢反应,提高了合金的耐蚀性,腐蚀方式由不均匀腐蚀向均匀腐蚀转变。添加少量的La可以保持镁合金的活性。Mg-7Al-2Zn-0.05La合金作为阳极材料时,镁空气电池的放电电压和能量密度达到最大值,分别为0.96 V和1092.8 mWh·g^(-1)。Mg-7Al-2Zn,Mg-7Al-2Zn-0.05La and Mg-7Al-2Zn-0.10La magnesium alloy anode were prepared.The effect of rare earth lanthanum on the corrosion and electrochemical properties of the alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution were investigated.The corrosion behavior and electrochemical properties of magnesium anode were studied by hydrogen evolution and self-corrosion tests,scanning electron microscope,electrochemical workstation and blue electric test system.The result shows that the addition of La significantly inhibits the hydrogen evolution reaction of Mg-7Al-2Zn alloy,and improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy.The corrosion mode changes from non-uniform corrosion to uniform corrosion by La addtion.Adding a small amount of La can keep the activity of magnesium alloy.When Mg-7Al-2Zn-0.05La alloy is used as anode material,the discharge voltage and energy density of Mg-air battery reach the maximum,with 0.96 V and 1092.8 mWh·g^(-1),respectively.
