摘  要:文中以船体表面敷设矩形块为对象,针对现有矩形块布置以船体外板展开为基础进行二维布置,再映射到三维布置的不足,提出了一种三维空间布置矩形块的新算法.该方法利用B样条曲线对船体外板曲面曲线进行构造,然后通过布置参考线、参考线偏移、获取矩形块中心点、确定矩形块的空间位置、矩形块映射到曲面等步骤实现矩形块三维布置.以DARPA的SUBOFF模型进行布置实验,在CATIA平台实现了船艏自动布置矩形块的过程,布置结果表明:该方法能够满足工程使用要求.Taking the laying of rectangular blocks on the hull surface as the research object,a new algorithm of three-dimensional layout of rectangular blocks was proposed.This method used B-spline curve to construct the curved surface of hull outer plate,and realized the three-dimensional layout of rectangular blocks by arranging reference lines,offsetting reference lines,obtaining the center point of rectangular blocks,determining the spatial position of rectangular blocks,and mapping rectangular blocks to curved surfaces.The layout experiment was carried out with DARPA SUBOFF model,and the process of automatic layout of rectangular blocks in the bow was realized on CATIA platform.The layout results show that this method can meet the requirements of engineering application.
