摘 要:针对可重构模具冲压成形,建立完全倒圆角立方压头模型、立方压头模型和不完全倒圆角立方压头模型,在相同的加工条件下,对三组双向曲率半径不同的帆形板进行多点成形数值模拟实验.通过对比三种压头模型分别冲压得到的板材厚向应变绝对值最大值和厚向应变波动幅度,得到不完全倒圆角立方压头抑制板材压痕效果更加显著、且压头圆平面半径在35 mm左右时抑制压痕效果最显著的结论.According to the stamping forming of reconfigurable die,the fully rounded cubic indenter model,the partially rounded cubic indenter model and the partially rounded cubic indenter model were established.Under the same processing conditions,the numerical simulation experiments of multi-point forming of three groups of sail plates with different two-way curvature radius were carried out.The absolute value of the thickness strain and the fluctuation amplitude of the thickness strain of the sheet obtained by stamping with three kinds of indenter models were compared.The results show that the indentation inhibition effect of incomplete rounded cubic indenter is more obvious,and the indentation inhibition effect is the best when the radius of indenter circle is 35 mm.
