摘 要:文中通过对花瓶式桥墩施工过程中的荷载工况进行拆解,在明确不同荷载工况下大悬臂花瓶式桥墩荷载效应及受拉特点的基础上,根据最小弯曲能量定理推导不同荷载工况下的花瓶式桥墩悬臂段及跨中段的预应力布置形式及布置参数.利用推导的预应力配束计算方法对工程实例进行了配束设计并建立对应的有限元模型进行计算,通过理论计算配置的预应力束能很好地抵消花瓶式桥墩施工过程中各荷载工况产生的弯曲应力,并使得结构具有一定的预应力储备.将预应力配束的花瓶式桥墩与原桥墩进行对比,在完成施工及预应力张拉后,整体应力分布及变形更为均匀,结构处于更为合理的受力状态.Through dismantling the load conditions during the construction of vase-shaped piers,the load effect and tensile characteristics of large cantilever vase-shaped piers under different load conditions were clarified.According to the minimum bending energy theorem,the prestressed layout forms and layout parameters of cantilever section and mid-span section of vase-shaped pier under different load conditions were deduced.By using the deduced calculation method of prestressed beam arrangement,the beam arrangement of an engineering example was designed,and the corresponding finite element model was established for calculation.Through theoretical calculation,the pre-stressed bundle can well offset the bending stress produced by various load conditions during the construction of vase-shaped pier,and make the structure have a certain pre-stressed reserve.Comparing the vase pier with the original pier,after the completion of construction and prestressed tensioning,the overall stress distribution and deformation are more uniform,and the structure is in a more reasonable stress state.
