摘 要:在构建中国话语与中国叙事体系的时代责任下重新审视高校图书馆的留学生服务,以为留学生讲好中国故事为目标,从留学生学习汉语的基本需求出发,集中探讨在高校图书馆为留学生服务的情境之下,中国故事在国际传播中的“讲什么”“怎么讲”两项基本问题。为探索“讲什么”,本研究以埃瑞克·唐纳德·赫希为代表的新要素主义提出的、通过学习核心知识培养阅读能力的观点为理论依据,通过图书在版编目数据(CIP),对2011-2021年国内出版的H195.4与H195.5类目下的图书题名与文摘附注项进行分词,最终获得文化常识类词语41个。为解决“怎么讲”的问题,本研究进而将41个词语归入《中国图书馆分类法》,借助《中国图书馆分类法》等级列举式知识分类法的属性,尝试构建符合留学生学习汉语的基本需求与知识内在逻辑关系的中国文化传播体系,为高校图书馆的留学生服务发展与创新提供了参考。With the contemporary responsibility of constructing Chinese discourse and Chinese narrative system, the paper reexamines the university library service of international students. It is the target to tell China’s story well to them. It is the initial point to satisfy their basic Chinese learning needs. In the context of university library serving international students, the paper focuses on two basic issues of “what to tell” and “how to tell” in the international spread of China’s stories. To explore “what to tell”, Contemporary Essentialism Theory represented by Eric Donald Hirsch Jr is introduced as the theoretical basis, which puts forward developing reading ability through learning Core Knowledge. By reference to the methods of Hirsch et al for extracting the core knowledge to compile The New First Dictionary of Cultural Literacy, all the book title names and abstract notes were classified under the CIP categories of H195.4 and H195.5 published in China from 2011 to 2021. Finally, 41 words are obtained in the cultural knowledge area. To explore “how to tell”, 41 words are classified into the Chinese Library Classification. Through the grade enumeration type knowledge classification method, the paper tries to build a Chinese culture communication system that meets the international students’ basic needs and the internal knowledge logic framework, which provides a good reference for the international students service development and innovation in the university library.
