产学研协同创新网络视角下创新资源禀赋对城市创新能力提升的影响研究

摘　　要：基于产学研协同创新网络视角,利用2011—2018年四川省城市层面的发明专利数据和经济统计数据,分别验证了资源禀赋对城市创新能力的影响作用以及产学研协同创新网络特征值网络嵌入性的调节作用。结果表明:资源禀赋正向影响城市创新能力。结构嵌入性正向调节创新人力资本与城市创新能力的关系,关系嵌入性正向调节技术创新与城市创新能力的关系。Based on the perspective of the industry-university-research collaborative innovation network,this paper uses the city-level invention patent data and economic statistics of Sichuan province from 2011 to 2018 to respectively verify the impact of resource endowment on city innovation capabilities and the moderating effect of network embeddedness of eigenvalues of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network.Results show that resource endowment positively affects city innovation capability.Structural embeddedness positively regulates the relationship between innovative human capital and city innovation capacity,relational embeddedness positively moderates the relationship between technological innovation and city innovation capability.
