摘　　要：目的分析2021年四川省报告法定传染病疫情特点,为传染病防控提供科学依据。方法用描述性研究的方法对传染病发病概况、地区特征、时间特征和人群特征进行分析。结果2021年四川省传染病发病数与2016—2020年平均发病数相比上升,2021年无甲类传染病报告,乙类传染病报告发病率209.56/10万,发病数居前3位的是乙肝、肺结核和梅毒;丙类传染病报告发病率281.76/10万,发病数居前3位的是流行性感冒、手足口病和其他感染性腹泻病。乙类发病全年较平稳,丙类9—12月出现高峰,5—7月出现次高峰。乙类传染病男女报告发病率比为1.62∶1,病例较多的为农民和家务及待业。丙类传染病男女报告发病率比为1.17∶1,发病以散居儿童、学生和幼托儿童为主。结论2021年四川省乙类、丙类发病率与2016—2020年平均发病率相比都有明显上升。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Sichuan Province in 2021,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the general situation,regional,time and population characteristics of infectious diseases.Results The incidence of infectious diseases in Sichuan Province in 2021 increased compared with the average incidence in 2016—2020.No Class A infectious diseases were reported.The reported incidence rate of Class B was 209.56/105;the top three cases are hepatitis B,tuberculosis and syphilis.The reported incidence rate of Class C infectious diseases was 281.76/105;the top three cases are influenza,handfoot-and-mouth disease and other infectious diarrhoeal diseases.The incidence of class B infectious diseases was relatively stable throughout the year,while the incidence of infectious diseases class C had a peak from September to December and a secondary peak from May to July.The reported incidence ratio of class B infectious diseases was 1.62∶1 between males and females,and the majority of cases were farmers,household workers and unemployed.The reported incidence rate of class C infectious diseases was 1.17∶1 between males and females,and most of cases were among scattered children and kindergartens.Conclusions The incidence rate of class B and class C has increased significantly compared with the average incidence rate from 2016 to 2020.
