摘  要:目的分析仁寿县1起新型冠状病毒Omicron变异株疫情,分析感染途径,为此类事件的调查和处置提供参考。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对2022年2月24日仁寿县本地新冠肺炎疫情涉及的病例及密切接触者开展流行病学调查,对调查资料进行描述性分析;采集人员鼻咽拭子和相关环境样本使用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)方法进行核酸检测。结果本次疫情共报告本地确诊病例1例,基因测序结果显示为Omicron变异株,与成都、德阳、绵阳病例高度同源;共排查密接接触者10人,次密接接触者42人,核酸检测结果均为阴性;扩大核酸检测65669人,检测结果均为阴性;累计采集环境样本1854份,核酸检测结果均为阴性;划分封控区1个、管控区1个、防范区1个。结论结合现场流行病学调查、人员和环境核酸检测结果、基因测序结果综合分析判断,判断本次Omicron变异株疫情为德阳病例关联疫情,感染途径为高频率的暴露于德阳病例污染的环境。建议制定相关“物传人”的防控标准或规范,综合研判场所传播疫情的风险,分类实施人员排查和场所管理;同时也要加强60岁以上老年人新冠疫苗的接种工作。Objective To describe an outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant in Renshou County,analyze the route of infection,and provide references for the investigation and handling of such incidents.Methods Epidemiological investigation on the cases and close contacts involved in the local new coronary pneumonia epidemic was conducted in Renshou County on February 24,2022.Descriptive analysis of the investigation data was performed.Nasopharynx swabs and related environmental samples were collected,and nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR).Results One local confirmed case was reported in this epidemic.The gene sequencing results showed that the genotype of this case was an Omicron variant,which was highly homologous to the cases in Deyang City.A total of 10 close contacts and 42 second close contacts were investigated,and the nucleic acid test results were all negative.Then,65669 people were conducted for nucleic acid testing,and the test results were all negative.A total of 1854 environmental samples were collected,and the nucleic acid test results were all negative.In this pandemic,1 closed control area,1 control area,and 1 prevention area were divided.Conclusions Combined with the on-site epidemiological investigation,comprehensive analysis and judgment of personnel and environmental nucleic acid test results and gene sequencing results,this epidemic situation of Omicron mutant strain is related to Deyang case,and the route of infection is highfrequency exposure to the environment polluted by Deyang case.It is suggested to formulate relevant prevention and control standards or norms for“object-to-human transmission”,comprehensively study and judge the risk of spreading the epidemic in the place,and implement personnel screening and place management by classification.The vaccination of new coronavirus vaccine for the elderly over 60 years old should be strengthened.
