摘 要:目的描述四川省居民营养健康知识知晓率情况,分析其影响因素,为开展相关评价及有针对性地实施营养健康宣传指导提供科学依据。方法于2021年4—5月采用多阶段抽样方法抽取四川省13个区(县)4680名18~64岁常住居民进行营养健康知识问卷调查,对问卷结果进行描述性统计、χ2检验、多因素Logistic回归分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果2021年四川省18~64岁居民营养健康知识知晓率为16.89%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,女性知晓率高于男性,OR值为1.202(95%CI:1.023~1.413);农村知晓率低于城市,OR值为0.600(95%CI:0.496~0.725)。以小学及以下文化程度作为参照,初中/高中和大专/本科及以上文化程度的居民知晓率更高,OR值分别为2.168(95%CI:1.694~2.774)、2.618(95%CI:1.961~3.495)。以其他(非医疗卫生及健康相关行业、非食品餐饮行业和非教育相关机构)职业作为参照,医疗卫生及健康相关行业居民知晓率更高,OR值为1.588(95%CI:1.188~2.121)。结论四川省18~64岁居民营养健康知识知晓率处于较低水平,性别、城乡、文化程度和职业为其影响因素,需进一步加强宣教,普及营养健康知识。Objective To analyze the awareness and the influencing factors of nutritional health knowledge among residents in Sichuan Province,in order to provide scientific basis for carrying out relevant evaluation and targeted publicity and guidance.Methods From April to May 2021,a multistage sampling method was used to select 4680 permanent residents aged 18-64 from 13 districts/counties in Sichuan Province for a questionnaire survey on nutritional health knowledge.The questionnaire results were analyzed by descriptive statistics,chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis,andα=0.05 was taken as the test level.Results The awareness rate of nutrition and health knowledge among residents aged 18-64 in Sichuan Province was 16.89%in 2021.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the awareness rate of women was higher than that of men,and the OR value was 1.202(95%CI:1.023-1.413).The awareness rate in rural areas was lower than that in urban areas,and the OR value was 0.600(95%CI:0.496-0.725).Taking the education level of primary school and below as references,the awareness rate of residents with education level of junior high school/high school,college/undergraduate or above were higher,with OR values of 2.168(95%CI:1.694-2.774)and 2.618(95%CI:1.961-3.495),respectively.Taking other occupations(non-health care and health-related industries,non-food and catering industries,or non-education related institutions)as a reference,the awareness rate of residents in health care and health-related industries was higher,with the OR value of 1.588(95%CI:1.188-2.121).Conclusions The awareness rate of nutritional health knowledge among residents aged 18-64 in Sichuan Province is at a low level.Gender,urban or rural areas,education level and occupation are the influencing factors.It is necessary to further strengthen the publicity and education to popularize the nutritional health knowledge.
