基于家属参与的非药物护理措施对急性阑尾炎患儿术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察基于家属参与的非药物护理对急性阑尾炎患儿术后疼痛以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年4月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的急性阑尾炎手术患儿95例作为研究对象,按照编号顺序分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=50)。对照组患儿采用常规护理干预,观察组患儿采用基于家属参与的非药物护理干预,比较2组患儿护理前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,2组患儿VAS评分和PSQI评分均明显下降,且观察组患儿VAS评分和PSQI评分均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组患儿家属的护理满意度明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性阑尾炎患儿采用基于家属参与的非药物护理干预可以有效缓解其术后疼痛,改善睡眠质量,护理满意度较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of non-drug nursing based on family participation on postoperative pain and sleep quality in children with acute appendicitis.Methods:A total of 95 children with acute appendicitis who were admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.All children were numbered and grouped according to the numbering sequence.The children in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the children in the observation group received non-drug nursing intervention based on family participation.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing scores,and the postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the VAS score and PSQI score of the two groups of children were significantly decreased,and the scores of each scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P s<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-drug nursing based on family participation in children with acute appendicitis can effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,and promote postoperative recovery of children with low complication rate,high safety,and high clinical value.
