摘  要:本试验探究了不同配比的灵芝菌糠对白星花金龟幼虫的饲喂效果。以蝗虫虫砂作为对照,测定了不同配比的灵芝菌糠(25%、50%、75%和100%)饲喂下白星花金龟幼虫的食料日减重、虫体日增重、虫砂日产量等指标并计算取食率、消化率、利用率和死亡率。结果表明:25%灵芝菌糠添加组的食料日减重、虫体日增重、虫砂日产量和白星花金龟幼虫取食率等指标显著优于其它处理组;25%灵芝菌糠组和50%灵芝菌糠组与对照组的转化率和利用率均无显著差异。进一步对产生的虫砂进行种子发芽指数测定得出:经白星花金龟幼虫转化后,添加灵芝菌糠组的白星花金龟幼虫虫砂的GI值均接近或大于80%,均高于对照组,达到了堆肥完全成熟的标准。In this study,the feeding effects of different proportions of the spent substrate of Ganodorma lucidum(SSGL)on Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis Larvae(PBLL)were studied.Using Locusta migratoria manilensis dung-sand as control,the daily feed weight loss,daily weight gain,daily yield of frass and the mortality of PBLL feeding on different proportions of SSGL(25%,50%,75%and 100%)were determined,and the feeding rate,digestive rate,utilization rate were calculated.The results showed that the daily feed weight loss,daily weight gain,daily yield of insect were all obviously better in 25%SSGL added group than other groups,although lower than the control group.There was no significant difference in conversion rate and utilization rate among the 25%SSGL added group,the 50%SSGL added group and the control group.Germination index(GI)of the frass was determined and the results showed that the GI value of the frass generated in SSGL added groups were close or higher than 80%,indicating the frass were basically well-rotted.
