摘　　要：为明确氰戊菊酯对东亚小花蝽的毒害作用。采用药膜法分别测定了东亚小花蝽1~5龄若虫及成虫的毒性,并进行了风险评估。结果显示,不同龄期的东亚小花蝽对该药剂的敏感性存在差异,敏感性降序排列为:1龄若虫,2龄若虫,3龄若虫,成虫,4龄若虫,5龄若虫。1龄若虫最为敏感,LC50最低;5龄若虫敏感性最低,LC50最高。在农田内和农田外两个暴露场景下,氰戊菊酯对不同龄期的东亚小花蝽的危害商值均小于触发值5,表明风险可接受。In order to understand the effect of fenvalerate on Orius sauteri.The toxicity of fenvalerate to 1-5th instar nymph and adult of O.sauteri were tested by the method of drug film.And the risk of fenvalerate to O.sauteri was evaluated.The results showed that there are differences the drug sensitivity of fenvalerate to 1-5th instar nymph and adult of O.sauteri.From high to low according to sensitivity were 1th instar nymph,2th instar nymph,3th instar nymph,adult,4th instar nymph,5th instar nymph.The most sensitive was 1th instar nymph,and LC50 is the lowest.The 1th instar nymph had the lowest sensitivity and the highest LC50.The hazard quotient of fenvalerate to 1-5th instar nymph and adult were less than the trigger value of 5 both in farmland and outside farmland.This indicates that the risk was acceptable.
