四川省首次在蛞蝓体内检出广州管圆线虫幼虫的报告

摘　　要：目的调查分析四川省广州管圆线虫中间宿主—蛞蝓的感染情况,分析四川省本地广州管圆线虫病流行因素,为下一步防治工作的开展提供依据。方法2022年3月17日,调查组到自贡市贡井区在患广州管圆线虫病的患儿家周围菜地、房屋周围和鱼塘边等地方,采取直接捕捉的方式捕捉蛞蝓,采用酶消化法和直接压片法在镜下观察蛞蝓感染广州管圆线虫的情况并记录。结果在患儿家周围菜地、房屋前后和鱼塘边3个地方分别捕捉到双线嗜粘液蛞蝓5只、3只和1只。通过直接压片法查到有5只蛞蝓体内有广州管圆线虫幼虫,阳性率为55.56%,其中房屋周围捕捉到的3只均为阳性。通过酶消化法查到有2只蛞蝓体内有广州管圆线虫幼虫,阳性率为22.22%。镜下形态符合广州管圆线虫第3期幼虫的特征。结论此次蛞蝓体内广州管圆线虫幼虫的发现在四川省为首次,需进一步加强广州管圆线虫病防治力度,更深入开展调查,加强健康教育宣传,提高群众防治知识和能力,减少对群众的危害。Objective To investigate the infection of slug,the intermediate host of angiostrongylus cantonensis in Sichuan Province,and to analyze the epidemic factors of angiostrongylus cantonensis disease in Sichuan Province,so as to provide basis for further control work.Methods Slugs were caught directly in the vegetable fields,houses and fish ponds around the homes of children with angiostrongyliasis cantonensis in Gongjing District of Zigong City on March 17,2022.The infection of angiostrongylus cantonensis with slugs was observed and recorded by enzyme digestion method and direct compression method under the microscope.Results Five,three and one philomycus bilineatus were captured in the vegetable field around the house,the front and back of the house and the fish pond,respectively.Angiostrongylus cantonensis larvae were found in 5 slugs by direct compression method,with a positive rate of 55.56%,of which the three slugs captured around the house were positive.Two larvae of angiostrongylus cantonensis were found by enzyme digestion,and the positive rate was 22.22%.Microscopically,the morphology accords with the characteristics of stage three larvae of angiostrongylus cantonensis.Conclusions This is the first time that angiostrongylus cantonensis larvae were found in slugs in Sichuan Province.It is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and control of angiostrongylus cantonensis,and more in-depth investigations should be carried out,health education and publicity,people′s knowledge and ability of prevention and control should be strengthen and improved,so that to reduce the harm to people.
