尼龙吸湿排汗整理产生水痕印的影响因素

摘  要:探讨了不同种类的吸湿排汗剂及用量、整理工艺对尼龙面料产生水痕印的影响,并对水痕印的预防方法进行了研究。结果表明,不同结构的吸湿排汗剂产生的水痕印不同,用量越大,水痕印越明显;加入防迁移剂与吸湿排汗剂同浴整理能够减轻水痕印现象,采用吸湿排汗与染色同浴整理,或者吸湿排汗整理后再洗水的工艺可以避免水痕印的现象。The effects of the types and the dosages of moisture absorbing and perspiring agents and the finishing processes on water marks of nylon fabrics were discussed,and the methods to prevent the water marks were developed.The results show that moisture absorbing and perspiring agents with different structures cause different water marks.The water marks are more obvious when the dosage is higher.The water marks can be reduced by adding anti-migration agents and moisture absorbing and perspiring agents in the same bath.Moisture-wicking finishing and dyeing in the same bath,or washing after finishing can also avoid the phenomenon of water marks.
