摘  要:基于定形机废气的特点和成分,设计并制造了一款“过滤除尘-气/气板式换热”结合的热能回收处理设备。板式换热器经过表面疏油涂层处理,具有体积小、不易产生火灾、换热效率高等特点。将该系统应用于江苏两家印染企业实际工程,结果表明:该系统可长期稳定运行,板式换热器换热效率在65%左右,热能回收系统的节能效率在22%以上,节能效果明显,可以在定形机余热回收工程中推广应用。Based on the characteristics and composition of waste gas of setting machine,heat energy recovery and treatment equipment combining filtration and dust removal with air/air plate heat exchange were designed and manufactured.The plate heat exchanger has the characteristics of small volume,low fire resistance,and high heat exchange efficiency after being treated with oil repellent coating.The system has been applied to two printing and dyeing enterprises in Jiangsu.The results show that the system can run stably for a long time.The heat exchange efficiency of the plate heat exchanger is about 65%,and the energy-saving efficiency of the heat recovery system is over 22%.The energy-saving effect is obvious,which can be popularized and applied in the waste heat recovery project of the setting machine.
