血浆BNP检测在慢性心力衰竭诊断及治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在慢性心力衰竭患者临床诊治中运用血浆BNP(脑钠肽)检测的临床价值。方法:本次研究纳入时间在2019年7月到2020年7月之间,随机纳入100例慢性心力衰竭患者作为实验组研究对象,另外选择100例健康人员作为对照组研究对象,两组均接受血浆BNP检测,对两组检测结果展开比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,实验组血浆BNP显著增高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组左心室射血分数相比,实验组显著更低,(P<0.05);实验组心功能Ⅰ级-Ⅳ级阳性检出率分别为45.45%、83.33%、96.43%、100.00%;实验组心功能Ⅳ级患者占比高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级,(P<0.05);Ⅲ级患者占比高于Ⅰ级,(P<0.05);Ⅱ级患者占比与Ⅰ级、Ⅲ级比较无差异,(P<0.05)。结论:血浆BNP检测在慢性心力衰竭患者临床诊断及治疗中效果突出,适合普及推广。Objective:To explore the clinical value of plasma BNP(brain natriuretic peptide)detection in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:The enrollment time of this study was between July 2019 and July 2020.100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly enrolled as the experimental group research subjects,and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group research subjects,and both groups accepted Plasma BNP detection,a comparative analysis of the two groups of detection results.Results:Compared with the control group,the plasma BNP of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05);the experimental group’s cardiac function was gradeⅠ-ⅣThe positive detection rates were 45.45%,83.33%,96.43%,and 100.00%,respectively;the proportion of patients with cardiac function in the experimental group of gradeⅣwas higher than that of gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ(P<0.05);the proportion of patients in gradeⅢwas higher than that ofⅠGradeⅡ(P<0.05);There is no difference in the proportion of GradeⅡpatients compared with GradeⅠandⅢ(P>0.05).Conclusion:Plasma BNP detection has outstanding effects in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure,and is suitable for popularization.
