居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”认知意愿量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:编制居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”认知意愿量表并进行信效度分析,旨在提供失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”认知意愿的有效工具。方法:利用文献研究法及德尔菲法确定量表初步条目池,选取15名专家进行德尔菲法2轮专家函询,根据专家意见及课题组讨论确定量表条目,使用该量表调查2021年12月-2022年6月新疆石河子市居家失能老年人,并对量表进行信效度分析。结果:量表共有15项条目,对7项进行信效度分析,累计方差率为67.248%,量表各项条目的内容效度(I-CVI)在0.90~1.00,量表总的内容效度(S-CVI)为0.857,经过检验量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.913,量表的Spearman-Brown系数为0.944,量表的重测信度为0.913。结论:居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”的认知意愿量表具有较好的信效度,可作为评估居家失能老年人对“互联网+护理服务”认知意愿的有效评测工具。Objective:To develop the cognitive willingness scale of"Internet+nursing services"for the disabled elderly at home and analyze its reliability and validity,so as to provide an effective tool for the cognitive willingness of"Internet+nursing services"for the disabled elderly.Methods:literature research and the Delphi method is used to determine the scale preliminary entry pool,select 15 for Delphi method 2 rounds of experts enquiry,according to the expert advice and group discussion to determine inventory items,use the questionnaire survey in December 2021-June 2022 xinjiang shihezi city home loss to the elderly,and analysis of the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:There were 15 items in the scale,and the reliability and validity of 7 items were analyzed.The cumulative variance rate was 67.248%.The content validity(I-CVI)of each item of the scale ranged from 0.90 to 1.00,and the total content validity(S-CVI)of the scale was 0.857.The Spearman-Brown coefficient was0.944,and the test-retest reliability was 0.913.Conclusions:The cognitive willingness scale for"Internet+nursing services"of the disabled elderly at home has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective evaluation tool to evaluate the cognitive willingness of the disabled elderly at home for"Internet+nursing services".
