摘 要:推进全面依法治国,需要建设一支德才兼备的高素质法治人才队伍。提高法学教育水平,培养德法兼修、具备实践应用能力的高素质法治人才是法学高等教育的时代使命。法律诊所教育是提升法学教育质量、培养应用型法律职业人才的重要途径之一。针对我国法律诊所教育实践存在的问题,引入OBE教育理念,明确诊所教育的成果导向,引导学生合理设定学习成果预期,调动学生参与诊所教育的主动性,变教师中心为学生中心,可以最大限度地发挥法律诊所教育的功效。设计科学的培养方案、构建完善的课程体系、优化考核制度、推动诊所教育社会化是创新法律诊所教育的重要举措。To advance the rule of law in an all-round way,we need to build a team of high-quality legal talents with both morality and capacity.It is the mission of law higher education to improve the level of law education and to cultivate high-quality legal talents with both moral and legal education and practical ability.Legal clinic education is an important way to improve the quality of legal education and train applied legal professionals.According to the problems of legal clinic education in China,the OBE concept is introduced to clarify the results of orientation of legal clinic education,to guide students to design their expectations of learning results reasonably,to mobilize students initiative to participate in clinic education,and to change the center from teacher to student,which will maximize the effectiveness of the legal clinic education.It is an important measure of Chinese legal clinic education to design scientific training program of legal clinic education,construct the course system of legal clinic,optimize the evaluation and assessment system of clinic education,and promote the socialization of legal clinic education.
