藏医“霍尔美”疗法治疗三种“隆”型疾病的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:分析和比较藏医“霍尔美”疗法治疗“娘隆”“果隆”“普隆”病的临床疗效。方法:2020年1月—2021年12月期间在青海省藏医院收治的728例“隆”型疾病患者,用“霍尔美”疗法治疗7天后观察脉诊、尿诊、舌诊结果并评价治疗效果。结果:用“霍尔美”疗法治疗后脉症恢复显著的有:“娘隆”组的滑、数、弱、沉、衰、迟和空7种脉象,及“普隆”组的弱脉;尿症恢复显著的有:3组共有的尿液泡沫大外,“娘隆”组的尿液色白似乳、尿色青、尿色紫黄、尿液蒸汽大、尿液气味呈焦烟味、尿液中存在云雾状悬浮物、尿液中存在脓液状悬浮物,“果隆”组的尿液蒸汽大、尿液气味呈焦烟味,“普隆”组的尿液色白似乳等;舌症恢复显著的有:3组共有的舌质淡白外,“娘隆”组的薄黄苔、黄苔、白苔、舌质青紫性,“果隆”组的薄黄苔等。整体治疗效果显示,治愈、好转和有效约占纳入疗效评估患者总数的98%。结论:藏医“霍尔美”疗法能有效改善“娘隆“”果隆”和“普隆”的三诊表现,对“娘隆”的疗效最显著。ObjectiveTo analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of Tibetan medicine Hormei therapy in treating Nianglong,Guolong and Pulong diseases.MethodsFrom January 2020 to December 2021,728 patients with Long disease were treated in Qinghai Tibetan Hospital.After 7 days of treatment with Holmey therapy,the results of pulse examination,urine examination and tongue examination were observed and the treatment effect was evaluated.ResultsThe recovered manifestations of pulses after Hormei treatment included:slippery,rapid,weak,sinking,feeble,late and empty in the Nianglong group,and weak pulse in the Pulong group.The recovered manifestations of urine after treatment included:the common urine foam in the three groups was large;the urine of Nianglong group was white like milk,cyan,purplish yellow,large steam,smell of burnt smoke,cloudy suspensions,pus like suspended solid;the urine of Guolong group was large steam,smell of burnt smoke;the urine of Pulong group was white like milk.The recovered manifestations of tongue after treatment included:the common tongue color of the three groups was light white;the Nianglong group had thin yellow coat,yellow coat,white coat,bluish purple tongue;the Guolong group had thin yellow coat.The overall treatment effect shows that cure,improvement and effectiveness account for about 98%of the total number of patients included in the efficacy evaluation.ConclusionTibetan medicine Hormei therapy can effectively improve the diagnostic manifestations of Guolong and Pulong,and especially has the most significant effect on Nianglong.
