摘 要:“新文科”建设的提出,既是高等教育改革的现实需要,也是高等教育关注知识生产和知识效用的应然之举。在此背景下,少数民族高层次音乐学人才培养,需要以知识掌握并付诸实践的“知行合一”为培养标准、以个人发展和国家需要的“双向奔赴”为培养目标,结合少数民族高层次音乐学“局内”“局外”“局内外兼具”的人才类型和人才特点,培养具有人文性与科学性相结合的学科知识、历史性与当下性相结合的研究观念、形态分析与文化阐释相结合的研究方法、宏观与微观相结合的研究视角、局内与局外相结合的研究身份的少数民族高层次音乐学人才。The proposition of the construction of“the new liberal arts”is needed because of the realistic need of the current reform of higher education,as well as because of the concern on the knowledge production and knowledge utility in higher education.Under this background,there are some considerations for the cultivation of ethnic minority high-level music talent:the standards of cultivation of“integration of knowledge and action”which means both knowledge learning and practical implementation,and the goals of the cultivation of“action in two ways”which satisfy both individual development and the needs of the country.Furthermore,it is needed to cultivate the ethnic minority high-level talents,who are characterized with“inside”,“outside”and“inside and outside”,with disciplinary knowledge combined with humanities and sciences,with research concept combined with historicity and contemporaneity,with methodology combined with form analysis and cultural interpretation,with perspective combined with macro and micro ones,and with identity combined with being insider and outsider.
