摘  要:根据汽车后视镜旋转轴的结构特点,设计了一副复杂侧向抽芯热流道注塑模具。详细介绍了成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构和温度控制系统设计要点。通过在滑块与侧抽芯之间设计一个冬菇头T型扣,实现了包紧力大、倾斜角度大的侧向抽芯。通过在斜推杆底座上设计倾斜导向槽,解决了塑件脱模时的变形问题。模具结构先进合理,与同类型模具比较成型周期降低了10%,尺寸精度提高了一级,达到MT3。According to the structural characteristics of the Rotation axis of the rearview mirror,a hot runner injection mold with complex side core pulling was designed.The key points of the design of forming parts,gating system,side core pulling mechanism and temperature control system was introduced.The side core pulling with large wrapping force and large inclination angle was realized by using a T-shaped buckle between the sliding block and the side core pulling.The problem of deformation of plastic parts during demoulding was solved by designing an inclined guide groove on the base of the inclined push rod.Comparing with the same type of mold,the forming cycle is reduced by 10%,and the dimensional accuracy is improved by one level,reaching MT3,which proves that the mold structure is advanced and reasonable.
