摘 要:针对煤矿井下定向钻杆采用人工方式加接和搬运劳动强度大、安全性差的问题,基于大直径定向钻机结构布局和钻进工艺特点,提出了一种定向钻杆辅助上杆及搬运组合方案,对其工作原理和设计要点进行了详细介绍。测试和试验结果表明:该方案能够实现长度3 m大直径定向钻杆的快速加接和机械化搬运,为煤矿井下大直径定向钻机的推广应用提供了有力支持。For the problems of high labor intensity and poor safety of manual way to add and transport the directional drill pipes in underground coal mine, based on the large diameter directional drilling rig structure layout and drilling technology characteristics, a combination plan for auxiliary lifting and handling the directional drill pipes is proposed, and the working principle and design elements of the program are described in detail. The laboratory test and industrial test results show that: the solution can realize the fast attachment and mechanized handling of the directional drill pipes with a length of 3 m, which provide strong support for the popularization and application of large-diameter directional drilling rigs in coal mine.
