摘  要:叙述了通过比较定值法研制氮中丙烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳混合气体标准物质的过程,并用F检验法和回归曲线法考察了气瓶压力和贮藏时间的变化对混合气体中各组分量值的影响。对定值分析过程、均匀性、稳定性引入的不确定度进行了评定,研制的目标混合气体标准物质相对扩展不确定度U=1.5%(k=2)。This manuscript describes the process of preparing a gas mixture of propane, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in nitrogen by the comparative calibration method, and the effects of changes in cylinder pressure and storage time on the values of the components in the gas mixture were investigated by the F-test and regression curve method. The uncertainties introduced by the preparation process, homogeneity and stability were evaluated, and the relative extended uncertainty U=1.5%(k = 2) of the target mixture gas reference material was developed. The technical specifications met the expected objectives of the project.
