摘 要:国内外可焊接的典型低合金高强钢材料均存在随强度及板厚的增加,焊接时有产生冷裂纹的倾向,焊前进行适当预热是预防冷裂纹的重要措施。ISO/TR 17671-2标准给出低合金高强钢在焊接工艺制定上的指导建议,通过经验公式能方便快捷地确定焊接预热温度;以屈服强度为690 MPa级低合金高强钢为例,采用ISO/TR 17671-2标准中的方法预估焊前预热温度,并与经焊接工艺试验确定的预热温度进行对照,二者基本一致。生产企业可根据实际情况决定是否采用此经验公式来确定低合金高强钢焊接预热温度。For the typical low-alloy high-strength steel materials that can be welded at home and abroad, there is a tendency to produce cold cracks during welding, with the increase of strength and plate thickness. Proper preheating treatment before welding is an important measure to prevent cold cracks. ISO/TR 17671-2 gives guidance and suggestions on the preparation of welding procedures for low-alloy high-strength steels. The welding preheating temperature can be easily and quickly determined by the empirical formula. The low-alloy high-strength steel with yield strength of 690 MPa is taken as an example in the paper, the welding preheating temperature is estimated using the method described in ISO/TR 17671-2. Compared with the preheating temperature determined by the welding process test, the preheating temperature value is basically consistent.The manufacturer can determine whether to use this empirical formula to determine the welding preheating temperature of low-alloy high-strength steel according to the actual condition.
