摘　　要：科技住宅的应用满足了新形势下们对住宅的健康品质提升的新需求。目前行业内尚无关于科技住宅的通行标准和准确内涵,文章在调研的基础上,更加全面地定义了科技住宅的内涵,提出了基于绿色生产生活方式的科技住宅的设计方法,介绍了长江都市企业标准《科技住宅设计标准》的主要内容和编制特点,有助于设计人员适应不同的客户科技住宅的工程需求。The application of scientific and technological residence meets the new demand for improving the health quality of housing under new situation.Currently,there are no industry standard and accurate connotation about science and technology residence.On the basis of investigation and research,this paper defines the connotation of residential science and technology in a comprehensive way and proposes designing methods based on green production and environmentally-friendly lifestyle.This paper introduces the Yangtze River Urban Enterprise’s standard residential design standards of science and technology,and elaborates its main contents and the characteristics,which helps the designers to adapt to different customer technology housing engineering needs.
