摘 要:随着生活水平的提高,人们对住宅品质的要求也越来越高,各地相继出台了一些提升住宅品质的文件,不少开发企业也制定了相关的住宅标准以提升竞争力,于是市场上科技住宅产品爆发式涌现,精彩纷呈,各具特色。文章简要总结了当今市场上科技住宅的发展现状及其局限性,提出了高品质科技住宅的广义定义,着重阐述了科技住宅常见的空调、供暖、新风、给排水、电气、智能化等机电系统的设计思路。With the improvement of living standards,people’s demand for housing quality is getting higher and higher,and various places have also issued some documents to improve the quality of housing,many development enterprises have also developed their own residential standards to enhance competitiveness,so the market burst of science and technology residential products,colorful,each with its own characteristics.This article briefly summarizes the development status and limitations of science and technology residence in the current market,puts forward the broad definition of high-quality science and technology residence,and focuses on the design ideas of common electromechanical systems such as air conditioning,heating,fresh air,water supply and drainage,electrical,intelligent and so on.
