摘 要:浙江省舟山市某海上大跨径悬索桥梁钢箱梁运输船定位施工过程中,针对建设中遇到的外海施工环境恶劣,如裸岩、无覆盖层、水流急、浪高致使运梁船无法抛锚定位的施工难题,研究采用运梁船动力定位+辅助钢丝绳定位的施工新技术。在实际实施过程中得到成功应用,该技术不需要抛锚固定,解决了裸岩、流急,运梁船无法抛锚定位的难题,确保了施工安全,加快了施工进度,社会效益和经济效益显著,具有广泛的应用前景。During the construction of a large-span suspension bridge at sea in Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province,in order to locate the steel box girder transport ship,in view of the harsh construction environment in the open sea,such as bare rock,no covering layer,rapid water flow,and high wave height,the beam-carrying ships cannot be anchored and positioned.After comparative analysis,the new construction technology of dynamic positioning of beam-carrying ship+auxiliary wire rope positioning was studied and finally selected,and it has been successfully applied in the actual implementation process.The technology does not require anchoring and fixing,which solves the problem that bare rock and fast-flowing beam-carrying ships cannot be anchored and positioned,ensures construction safety,speeds up construction progress,has significant social and economic benefits,and has broad application prospects.
