摘  要:目前农作物病虫害防治的方法以农药化学防治为主,具有作业效率高、见效快、使用方便、成本低等优点。为实现农药的合理利用,避免农药浪费,降低作业风险以及环境污染,在传统混药器的基础上设计了一种可以同时将多种农药与水混合的多源注入式混药器。相较于传统的预混式混药器,多源注入式混药器可将多种农药与水在混合室内进行混合后完成喷洒,能一次性实现多种农药的在线混合、喷洒,具有自动化,智能化,精准化,操作安全等特点,对于实现我国农业的可持续化发展具有重要的意义。At present, the method of agricultural pest control is mainly chemical control, which is the method of using pesticides to control animal and plant diseases. Pesticides have the advantages of high efficiency, quick efficiency,convenient use, and high economic benefits. How to realize the rational use of pesticides and prevent pesticide waste, the danger of human medicine contact, and environmental pollution has sufficient research value. Multi-source injection mixer is a mixture of multiple pesticides that are mixed with water in the mixing room and then sprayed with it. Relative to the traditional premixed drug mixer, a multi-source injection mixer can achieve the online mixing of multiple pesticides at a time, with automation, intelligentialize, precision, and operational safety characteristics. In this paper, a multi-source injection mixer that can mix multiple pesticides with water simultaneously is designed, It is of great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture in China today.
