摘 要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,生产企业为了满足消费对产品的需求,产品的设计和生产呈现出更新快、精度高、批量化、多样化等特点。模具加工在各类产品的批量生产中发挥着重要的作用,为了保证产品质量,必需要避免模具加工制造中出现的生产效率过低、产品精度不高等问题。随着设计和生产标准的提高,生产企业中应用的模具加工机床已由传统三轴加工中心普遍升级为五轴加工中心,因此充分发挥五轴加工中心的技术优势,研究其在模具加工中的应用,能够有效提高生产效率和精度,保障产品质量。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, in order to meet the demand of consumers for products, the design and production of products are characterized by rapid updating, high precision, batch, and diversification. Mold processing plays an important role in the mass production of various products. In order to ensure product quality, it is necessary to avoid the problems of low production efficiency and low product accuracy in mold processing and manufacturing. With the improvement of design and production standards, mold processing machine tools used in production enterprises have been generally upgraded from traditional three-axis machining centers to five-axis machining centers. Therefore, giving full play to the technical advantages of five-axis machining centers and studying their application in mold processing can effectively improve production efficiency and accuracy and ensure product quality.
