摘　　要：[1]该案讲述了人们是如何利用互联网跟踪并骚扰他人的。电脑、手机以及黑莓机状设备等工具提供的信息和通信技术,正在让跟踪者变得更加高效。值得注意的是,互联网上有“跟踪者主页”,内含跟踪他人所需的信息和网页链接。与传统的线下跟踪形式相比,网络跟踪“更加容易且风险更低”。[1]This case illustrates one way that peopleuse the Internet to stalk and harass others.Information and communication technologies suchas computers,cell phones,and BlackBerry-like devices are making stalkers more efficient.Remarkably,a"stalker's home page"exists on the Internet,containing information and Web links for people interested in stalking others.
