摘　　要：目的:研究叙事护理模式对不孕症患者相关压力和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月右江民族医学院附属医院收治的200例不孕症患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组实施基于叙事护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组护理满意度、压力及生活质量评分。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组压力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组压力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体、心理健康、物质生活、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理可减轻不孕症患者的相关压力,并且能够提升生活质量。Objective: To study the influence of narrative nursing model on the related stress and quality of life of infertile patients. Methods: A total of 200 infertile patients treated in Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects. According to the principle of random lottery, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group implemented narrative nursing and the control group implemented routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction, stress and quality of life scores in two groups were compared. Results: Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in stress scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, the stress score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The body, mental health, material life and social function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Narrative nursing can relieve the related stress of infertile patients and improve the quality of life.
