老年帕金森病病人焦虑和抑郁情绪与生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年PD病人焦虑和抑郁情绪与生活质量的相关性。方法选取南京医科大学第一附属医院神经内科、神经外科214例≥60岁PD病人作为研究对象,采用PD生活质量调查表(PDQ-39)、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、老年抑郁量表(GDS)分别调查病人生活质量,焦虑、抑郁情绪,分析焦虑、抑郁情绪与病人生活质量之间的相关性。结果老年PD病人生活质量得分为(90.75±22.34)分,处于中等偏下水平;焦虑情绪与情感存在正相关,与社会支持存在负相关;抑郁情绪与情感、屈辱度、认知、躯体不适存在正相关。结论焦虑、抑郁情绪是影响PD病人生活质量最大的危险因素,关注老年病人的心理状态,加强心理护理,有利于改善病人的生活质量。Objective To investigate the correlation of anxiety and depression with quality of life in the elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods A total of 214 elderly patients with PD from the Department of Neurology and Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University were enrolled in this study,and Parkinson’s Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39),Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)and Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)were used to investigate the patients’quality of life,anxiety and depression,respectively.The correlation of anxiety and depression with quality of life was analyzed.Results The score of PDQ-39 in the elderly patients with PD was 90.75±22.34.The score of BAI was positively correlated with the score of affect and negatively correlated with the score of social support.The score of GDS was positively correlated with the score of affect,humiliation,cognition and somatic discomfort.Conclusions Anxiety and depression are the main risk factors for quality of life.It is important to pay attention to the psychological state of the elderly patients with PD and to strengthen psychological care.
