建筑外墙外挂架与悬挑架组合结构施工技术

摘  要:高层建筑楼梯间和屋面设备间等部位层高较高,而且屋顶悬挑板造型也在该部位的居多,悬挑板外挑过长,其结构支模架体系仅依靠外架或者单独搭设悬挑架满足不了施工需求。而且悬挑过长,悬挑工字钢挠度超过允许值,存在较大安全隐患。外墙三角形工字钢外挂架具有良好的强度、刚度和稳定性,悬挑式脚手架能给难施工部位提供工作面,但是悬挑式脚手架的稳定性有待提高。研究表明,三角形外挂架与悬挑脚手架组合结构,即可以有效增强悬挑架的强度和稳定性,又可以提高悬挑式脚手架施工的安全性。结合实例介绍高层建筑外墙三角形外挂架与悬挑式脚手架组合结构的结构形式及其施工要点。the storey height of staircases and roof equipment rooms of high-rise buildings is high,and the shape of roof cantilever plate is also in the majority.The cantilever plate is too long,and its structural formwork support system can not meet the construction needs only by relying on the outer frame or erecting the cantilever frame alone.Moreover,the cantilever is too long,and the deflection of cantilever I-beam exceeds the allowable value,which has great potential safety hazards.The external wall triangular I-steel hanging frame has good strength,stiffness and stability.The cantilever scaffold can provide a working face for difficult construction parts,but the stability of the cantilever scaffold needs to be improved.The research shows that the combined structure of triangular external hanging frame and cantilever scaffold can not only effectively enhance the strength and stability of cantilever frame,but also improve the safety of cantilever scaffold construction.Combined with examples,this paper introduces the structural form and construction points of the combined structure of triangular external hanging frame and cantilever scaffold on the outer wall of high-rise buildings.
