摘 要:本文搭建了恒温恒湿显微实验台,研究了不同倾斜角度冷表面(0°、30°、45°、60°)上36个不同部位的霜层生长规律,设计了8种对照实验,采用显微观测实验和CFD模拟结合的方法,对比分析得到斜面结霜规律。结果表明:斜面最大可延缓32.4%的开始结霜时间。倾角60°斜面霜层厚度小于0°平面小于倾角30°斜面小于倾角45°斜面,霜层平均厚度为0.98、1.02、1.12和1.23 mm;最大差值可达0.7 mm,同一斜面内,中部区域厚度小于下部区域小于上部区域,最大差值0.42 mm;霜层初始生长期,角度越大,霜层生长速度越大,在霜层充分生长期,则相反。数值模拟表明霜层上部温度变化率小于下部,结霜体积下部小于上部。研究表明倾斜面倾角60°可延缓结霜速度且抑霜效果明显。In this paper, a constant temperature and humidity microscopy experimental bench is built to study the growth law of frost on 36 different parts of the cold surface(0°, 30°, 45°, 60°) at different angles of inclination,designed 8 kinds of control experiments, using a combination of microscopic observation experiments and CFD simulation method, comparative analysis of the oblique surface frost law. The results show that the maximum delay of frost onset is 32.4% for the oblique surface. The average thickness of the frost layer on the 60° inclined plane less than 0° plane less than 30° inclined plane less than 45° inclined plane is 0.98, 1.02, 1.12 and 1.23 mm;the maximum difference up to 0.7 mm, within the same slope, the thickness of the central region less than the lower region less than the upper region, the maximum difference of 0.42 mm;the initial growth period of the frost layer, the greater the angle of the The greater the growth rate of the frost layer, the opposite is true during the full growth period of the frost layer. Numerical simulations show that the rate of temperature change in the upper part of the frost layer is less than in the lower part, and the frost volume is less in the lower part than in the upper part.The study shows that the inclination of the surface at an angle of 60° slows down the frost formation and has a significant frost inhibition effect.
