摘 要:为了推进传统制冷剂的替代工作,本文概述了R290、R600a、R717、R744和R718这5种自然工质的热物性以及在热泵技术的国内外研究进展,并分析了它们在高温热泵领域的可行性与应用前景,尤其针对R744和R718两种工质,从系统部件和系统优化等方面进行了详细的论述。分析表明:R290、R600a、R717均具有一定的可燃性,且它们的供热温度通常在80℃以下,并不适用于高温热泵技术;而R744和R718在80℃以上的高温热泵领域更具有可行性,其中R744热泵的性能优良、环境适应性强,应用较广,但在我国还未形成完整产业链;R718热泵供热温度更高,但其蒸发温度也高,目前仍处于小型实验阶段。In order to accelerate the replacement of traditional refrigerants,the thermophysical properties of R290,R600a,R717,R744,R718 and their research progress in heat pump system at home and abroad are summarized,and their feasibility and application prospects in the field of high temperature heat pump are analyzed in this paper.Especially for R744 and R718,the system components and system optimization are discussed in detail.The results show that R290,R600a and R717,which are flammable and the heating temperature are usually below 80℃,are not suitable for high temperature heat pump technology;R744 and R718 are more feasible in the field of high temperature heat pump above 80℃.The R744 heat pump,with excellent performance,strong environmental adaptability,and wide application,which has not formed a complete industrial chain in China.The R718 heat pump heating temperature is higher,but its evaporation temperature is also higher,it is still in the stage of small-scale test.
